Overnight Tour at Sirena Station, Corcovado National Park

First day of the tour: 

The trip begins at 6.00 am at the beach in Drake Bay. It is an hour boat ride until Sirena beach.

From Sirena beach the guide takes you to the station to drop the things that are not going to be needed for the first walk. The first walk ends at 12.00 md more or less, stopping for 1 hour minimum at the station to rest.

The next walk is done until 5.00 pm the latest. Dinner is at the station from6 .00pm to 7.00pm

Second day:

The early walk starts at 5.30 am. this is a short walk to see the begining of the day and birds which are active early in the morning. Breakfast is at 6.30 am.

The walk ends at 7.00 am at the station to get everything ready to go, but before, another walk takes place until 11.30 am to come back to the station and pick up the stuff to head back to the beach where the boat arrives. The time to departure back to Drake bay is at 12.30 pm, and it takes around 60 minutes for the boat to get back to town.

What does it include ?

All the fees, billingual tour guide, bunk bed at a platfor with clean blankets, blankets, pillow and mosquito net, transportation by boat, water boots, 4 meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, and lunch).

What do we recommend bringing to have a better experience ?

Closed shoes, rain poncho, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, small bag for the short walks, clothing for hiking, sandals, dry bag to protect the equipment in case of rain.

Due to the limitation of travellers who can visit Corcovado National Park, we recomend making the reservation at least 31 days in advance to make sure the activity will be possible.

Snorkeling tour-Caño Island, Costa Rica.

Tour details

The activiy starts at 7.30 am from the beach and the boat lasts 50 minutes getting to Caño Island.

Once at the Island the guide goes to deliver the reservation to the rangers and after that the group heads to the first snorkeling point.

There two sesions of 45 minutes of snorkeling to be done during the tour with a resting time in between of 20 mkinutes, more or less.

After the two sesions of snorkeling the boat goes to San Josecito beach for lunch. It is 50 minutes by boat to The lunch place.

After lunch there is time to enjoy the area.

The boat departs back to Drake Bay at 1.00 pm more or less and it takes 20 minutes to reach town.

What does it include ?

This tour begins at 6:00 a.m. with a 6-hour boat ride to our first destination, Sirena Station.
There, we'll explore the trails and take photographs of every species we encounter along the shores until lunchtime, which runs from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
After lunch, we'll take a walk to the beach.
At 12:30 p.m., we'll board the boat that will drop us off at San Pedrillo Beach. Once in San Pedrillo, we'll walk along trails of pure primary forest until we connect with our return route to Bahia Drake. The 3-hour hike from San Pedrillo to the spot where we'll find the 4x4 vehicle.
